Not sure how many people are reading these forums to be honest but for the ones who do I hope this helps shed some light on my vision for the next steps.
The ones who know me best know that I want nothing more than for everyone to benefit as much as possible from LS events. My main objective is to create shared goals for everyone to benefit rather than selfish goals for each individual. All I ask is for the LS members to trust my judgment and vision as well as participate. We have a pretty simple concept here, the more you put in the more you get out of it.
As many of you know I have been in other Abyssea LS groups that failed because a lack of a system and the groups not being prepared in Abyssea with the right atmas etc. To fix this the plan has always been to establish a foundation of 4 atmas to make all of our players stronger.
We just finished up getting the 2nd Atma (Atma of the Razed Ruins) and already have 2/3 pop items for the 3rd atma (Atma of the Minikin Monstrosity). Once we finish with getting MM we will focus on getting the many pop items needed for Atma of the Voracious Violet.
Until the 4th atma has been obtained by our LS we will not be focusing on equipment or seal runs. This period of time large point value items from the mobs needed to get pops will be free.
After the 4th atma has been obtained we will divide our 3 LS nights into a sort of Phase 2:
1st night - Farming pop items/abyssites/atmas + killing mega zone bosses 2nd night - Fighting for seals/+2 items 3rd night - Fighting for specific equipment i.e. weapons/AF3 back/earring/neck pieces
* Farming pop items will ALWAYS count for double points earned.
The plan on the atma/abyssite run nights while in Phase 2 will be: Atma of the Beyond "Magic Atk. Bonus":Major (+30) IceIceAttack+:Major (+30) LightLightAttack+:Major (+30)
Atma of the Gnarled Horn Counter+: Minor Critical Hit Rate+: Minor (+20%) AGI+: Major(game typo, should be Superior) (+50)
After those 2 Atmas we will work on farming pop items and killing 7 of the Zone bosses so that we may all get a 3rd Lunar Abyssite so we can activate 3 atmas at once.
As a reminder too, once we enter phase2 members can use 250 points to dedicate a seal run to their seals details can be found in the DKP post.
