Blu spells (got most from the first column on hunting grounds)
Fire Taipans (fire day/weather bombs)
club ws points
staff ws points after club
blu af
limbus farming!!
wide range of low level job leveling

Goals are fun!

I have two goals aside from the standard flare: Learn every song, and obtain both super-instruments!

As of right now, I'm missing two hard-to-get songs: Mage's Ballad and Army's Paeon V.
Mage's Ballad is a two-part quest that requires me to form a party of all Sandy fellows, and then a party of all Elvaans. I can't get enough people together at once to do this, and I refuse to pay 400-500k for the song.
Army's Paeon V is dropped from the ENM's "Like the Wind" and "Shell We Dance?" The first one seems much easier than the latter. Paeon V is pretty cheap-o, but rarely available for purchase. ;.;

I suppose the second goal is half-cheating since one of the super-instruments is obtained via Abyssea. The Gjallarhorn is a Dynamis deal, though. Both of the final forms are pretty difficult to obtain, but given that all I really like playing is Bard, I figured it would be a worthwhile goal to be the best Bard of all time. OF ALL TIME.

lol its going for 300k that's really not bad go take a look @ some of the BLM spell costs <3

Also was just thinking with ballad II/III @ lvl 90 do you really need ballad I for anything other than BCNM? idunno something to think about :)

Ballad I was going for 300k, but the price has been snaked up due to a group of people doing the quest and selling them one at a time. Since there is only one up at a time, people have been willing to pay more. The current scroll is over 400k, which is absolutely silly. As to comparing the price against black mage spells, I think comparing a one-point refresh to a trigger nuke is far above and beyond unfair price comparison, since the trigger nukes are useful throughout your job career.

I don't really need Ballad I, I just want to have it. Thats is why I'm not forking over so much money for it when the quest to get it only takes a few minutes tops. I just need to find a handful of people to do the quest. That's neigh impossible, since no one is going to take time out to help you get a song that is useless for end game. x.x

Eve i wasnt saying trigger spells only, in general BLM spells cost a ton of money it's kinda shitty. Ballad I is really good for BCNMs and if I'm on sometimes not busy and can help with the quest I will :)

There are a few things that I have been wanting to finish. I need to finish the last 2 fights for CoP and Divine Might for ZM. There is not a whole lot outside of Abyssea that I need to get done.
