Still a work in progress but this is what I'm thinking right now:

AF3+1 Seal Item: Cost 1 point
AF3+2 Item: Cost 3 point

Equipment wanted will cost a lot more points. The main reason behind the point system is for special equipment. The other points being used it just so we have a way of keeping track and to make sure no one is left out.

The amount of the points will be set and determined by me depending on how difficult the item is to obtain factors that will come into play here are how valuable the item is worth on the AH, what Tier the NM needed to get the drop is (i.e. the Goading Belt drops from Lacovie but it takes 16 NMs to have the right pop items for, this will cost a lot of points to obtain something along the lines of), also the difficulty of the actual NM fight etc. Discounts for item costs can be given if someone has acquired pop items on their own.

~1 Hour in an event earns each person: 10 points

1 NM killed on a Seal Run will earn each person: 1 point

Pop Item farming will also earn bonus (time and a half) points to better entice people to come without actually getting that instant gratification feeling.

When there are items that no one wants to spend points on we can look at free lot or putting the item in an LS bank if not (ex). People who were not able to make that run will have a chance to purchase bank items before they are sold and divided among the group.

Some items will end up in the trash or will just drop to whoever for 0 points.

There will be a system in place for people to essentially "buy" LS time to farm the shit they want. For example: I have saved up 200 points I want 1 HR of the LS time to spam pop/kill an NM that drops the seals I want rather. Buy purchasing the time they would also be purchasing the right to exclusively being allowed to lot on the items they chose. This will be very handy for someone who has not been lucky on lots but has been putting in time to the LS and earned a lot of points. The amount of points needed for X time will be determined based on the event required. Some NMs are easier to low man than others or quicker to kill so it will vary.

Attendance/Tier System: This is going to be a hybrid system I want to try specifically for stones/cards (+2 items) and seals (+1 items). Tier system will supersede Attendance record, everyone will come up with their priority list of jobs for Tiers. If "John" Tier 1 was PLD but "Billy" was Tier 2 PLD than John will be able to cast lot before Billy is eligible.

If John and Billy are both Tier 1 PLD than Attendance will come into play. The person with the higher attendance will get priority up to a certain threshold I am thinking 34%. To clarify.. if John has only 20% more attendance than Billy then both will be allowed to lot. If John has 35% more attendance than Billy then only John can lot.

I know it might seem a bit confusing but I really think it will be the best of both systems. Having the 34% buffer (if someone is at 100% only people with 66% or higher will compete) will be nice so that attendance is not the only determining factor.

The good thing is people won't really have to worry about it much I'll worry about the details for you. If you want good shit, show up more often. I am open to hearing suggestions about changing the system or better ways to do specific things, keep in mind that any and all rules can change at any time. The theory behind having any type of a DKP system is so that you get back what you put in, that's the idea here.

I've decided on the amount of 250 points to rent the LS for an entire run (~2HR) for seals. The person spending the points will not earn any points for the run and the people helping kill will earn double points on the run similar to farming pop items today.

The person spending the 250 points to do so will not be subject to normal lotting rules for their seals, no one can bid against them for the seals of their choice however all other seals will follow normal seal rule procedures.
